Hi, I've got a list 11 unis, and need to reduce the size a little, so I would like to see comparisns of bristol vs warwich, nottingham, durham, St Andrews and edingburgh. I would like to make that a list of 4 unis.
So far my thoughts are
that bristol is nearly perfect, except for the higher than average risk of violance.
Warwich and nottingham seem perfect.
Durham doesn't have the most happening scene, but they had the best openday possible-dinner-open colledge bar(which had absinth :) ) overnight stay-etc.
St Andrews is small as well, and searching through the clubs and soscieties, it didn't have all of the ones on my checklist...
What do you lot think of my analysis so far? Any suggestions?
A general place for comments would be nice, exp with a quite a few people who also try and compare unis.
If you wanted to know other possibilities I put as backup in case say I'm in police cell during the exams, I get run over by a car, I forget to go to an exam, etc I have Leeds, leicster, birmingham, manchester.(which I'm ganna choose 1 of)
