Well i've just selected notts trent as my firm acceptance though I still have a couple of areas of concern...
1) What is economics at trent like? I hear about the NTU business school, but Economics is a social scinece and not a part of that so hopefully someone can tell me if its good subject at trent or not?
2) Obviously trent is an old polytechnic, are degrees from the 'Russel Group' worth that much more in terms of added value or not? I mean they ain't exactly the USA's 'Ivy League' but they seem to like to think they are! I'm hoping the BA economics degree from trent will still be able to secure me a top job as a broker/analyist in the capital
Please reassure me, thanks!
